Choosing the symbol of the bird for its installations in the gardens of the Saint-Riquier abbey is not insignificant. The artist then refers to the various intellectual activities found in the time of the monks and still today in the abbey. Nevertheless, the choice of the bird symbol in connection with the abbey’s past is not intended to force the visitor to read only one of the exhibition and the works. Everyone is invited to see and decode what they want in order to write their own story.
