The paper mill

For 4-12 year olds, the workshop highlights the "sustainable heritage".
After a meeting with an archivist and the discovery of the most beautiful "papers" preserved in the Departmental Archives, the children will learn the secrets of its manufacture.
Small hands will be used: tearing, kneading, pressing, drying paper... Participants will experience the main stages of artisanal paper making and leave with a sheet of recycled paper.
The little extra: takes part in the "sustainable heritage" operation and brings back old paper or newspapers to be recycled to turn them into pulp!

• Saturday and Sunday 14h-15h30 and 16h-17h30
• Duration of the workshop 1h30
• Conditions of participation: 4 to 12 years. Mandatory presence of an attendant. Within the limit of places available.
