In response to the increase in its population, an important urban heritage developed around 1930 in Wasquehal . This important urban heritage is the backbone of the city of tomorrow.

Faced with the increase of its population, an important urban heritage developed around 1930 in Wasquehal: Lefebvre-Malfait school group, art-deco houses, cottage houses, or houses "the Loucheur Law"... but also some parks. This important urban heritage, if carefully maintained and adapted to climate change, constitutes the essential of the city of tomorrow. The proposed visit takes stock of this wealth of heritage and considers development paths.
