The church of Saint-Georges is the church of La Neuveville-lès-Raon, which merged with Raon-l'Étape in 1947\. It was built between 1835 and 1838 according to the plans of the borough architect Boucher de Saint-Dié. The Church, in addition to its stained glass windows and other religious ornaments (an ancient statue of Our Lady of Mercy, a painted wooden Christ,...) contains a painting of St. It is the only representation of floats associated directly with their patron saint who is none other than Saint Nicholas.
