The church, under the name of the Assumption of Our Lady (feast of August 15), is a vast building built in Balesmes stone in three campaigns: the end of the twelfth century for the choir and the choir surmounted by the bell tower (contemporaries of the cathedral of Langres, with which they offer some kinship), the thirteenth century for the first two bays of the nave, and the end of the fifteenth century for the last bay with its western portal reworked, a side portillon blocked and the external spiral staircase.
