Visit of the emblematic sites of the village

Come and visit the church (12th and 15th centuries), listed as a Historic Monument; the preserved wash-house, dating from the 19th century and the Museum of Ancient Objects.

Come and visit the church (12th and 15th centuries), listed as a Historic Monument; the preserved wash-house, dating from the 19th century and the Museum of Ancient Objects.

Rendezvous Place du Général Toulorge for a free visit of the church on Sundays, accompanied by small groups for access to the bell tower.
Attention, access is difficult for people with reduced mobility and for young children, minors must be under the responsibility of an adult.
The free visit of the museum of ancient objects is also from 10am to 6pm.
The wash house is open access.

Essential Site during the World War I, the village of Maurupt-le-Montois underwent grave destructions. The church of Assumption dates the XIIth and XVth centuries. It will be listed(classified) in conformance with(for) historic monuments from 1875\. The high altar as well as the walls of the cemetery are also listed(classified). The wash house is kept(preserved), it dates the XIXth century.
