“A beer in the building” is a unique opportunity to visit the site of the new Brasserie Perle. After the earthworks and foundation phase, you walk on the site just after the 3rd phase: the installation of the Vosges wooden frame.

This event is fully in line with the theme of sustainable heritage.
Heritage:
Perle, an Alsatian brand founded in 1882, is an integral part of the region’s brewing history. Installed since 2015 in the Meinau, the new brewery now joins the Marché Gare district in Cronenbourg, a changing district.
Looking up, you can see not far away the chimneys of the Schillikoises breweries. A loop is thus almost complete, with a kind of return to the origins of the brewery.
Sustainability:
You can discover an innovative place with sustainable materials (straw insulation) that inscribes its activity in a historical Alsatian heritage while being open to the future.
You will be welcomed by the team of the brewery who will share with you the history of the brewery, which you will also find on explanatory panels around the construction site.
On this occasion, you will also be offered to share a convivial moment around a few beers, including those that accompany the stages of the project.
