Close to the church, visit the paleo-Christian necropolis composed of sarcophagi exhumed at the end of the 20th century.

You will find, in addition to these sarcophagi, a slideshow about the excavations that took place a few meters away, next to the church!
Check out the Saint-Parres-aux-Tertres program: you can visit the church, a former Tuilerie, and an exhibition on the life of Saint-Parres in the 1930s and 1950s.

The museum groups(includes) a part(party) of sarcophagi exhumed by the colossal necropolis which was on the municipality. Burials are dated the from IIth century till VIth century and certify the longevity of Saint-Parres-aux-Tertres built on the legend of Patroclus, martyr died in 275.
