Champagne Henriot - Les Aulnois

At the Aulnois, in the heart of Pierry, was a grape harvest adjacent to the house. Brother Jean Oudart, one of the founding fathers of champagne, was assigned there in 1679 as principal manager. Since 1778, Les Aulnois have always belonged to families of Champagne merchants who, over the generations, have sought to preserve the architectural and decorative heritage of this beautiful residence. It has this special and precious atmosphere and grace of the houses that have always borne the memory of the families that have succeeded each other. Les Aulnois has belonged to the Henriot family since January 2014 and this cradle is the most beautiful incarnation of its history.
