Brassband de Champagne concert
As part of the 39th European Heritage Days, the Fanfare de Montiers-sur-Saulx, 74 years old living and sustainable heritage, invites the BrassBand de Champagne directed by Manuel Haussy.
Since its creation in 2007, at the initiative of its director Manuel Haussy, the BrassBand de Champagne has performed in concert on the Champagne stages and well over 70 times.
This orchestra is made up of musicians, most of whom teach in music schools and conservatories located in a territory comprising the departments of the Marne, the Ardennes and the Aisne. But it is also made up of experienced amateurs. It welcomes in its midst about thirty artists whose primary goal is to make discover to the greatest number the richness and the potential of this type of instrumental ensemble. In about 15 years, no fewer than 15,000 spectators have been able to discover and appreciate the undeniable musical quality of this orchestral phalange that has now become a must-see throughout its region.
From the beginning, Le BrassBand de Champagne has always endeavoured to take part in the most varied artistic projects possible in response to the many requests made to it, all of which have resulted in very beautiful projects.
