La Grange aux Paysages

The site of the barn in landscapes occupies the dependences(outbuildings) of the medieval castle of Lorentzen (18th s.). The old(former) mill (1st half of the 18th s.) contain a space of accommodation(hosting) and of restoration(catering) for groups. A part(party) of the place was réouverte and two types of paddle wheels are still visible. The old(former) dimière barn (1770) receives the permanent exhibition "secrets of landscapes". This play and interactive exhibition(exposure) suits particularly in the young audience. She allows to gain knowledge of the geological aspect of hunchbacked Alsace, her landscapes, her fauna(crowd) and her flora. At the end of visit, seen keys for reading will then allow to decipher landscapes on the ground!
