  The experimental regenerative viticulture programme
  Regenerative viticulture is a new solution experimented on plots of the Mumm and Perrier-Jouët vineyards, in the continuity of reflections and actions that we have been conducting for ten years to reduce the environmental footprint of our activities.
  Mumm and Perrier-Jouët turn to regenerative viticulture because it proposes a holistic approach taking into account the entire vine ecosystem: soil health, nutrition and plant preservation, as well as biodiversity throughout the territory.
