Benedictine female abbey Notre Dame de Bellavaux implanted in 620 by a disciple of Saint-Colomban, it is rebuilt at the beginning of the 11th century then in the 15th century, a conventual building will be added at the end of the 17th century by the abbess Renée de Mesgrigny. Sold as a national property during the Revolution, it served as a stone quarry. Apart from the convent building and the narthex, remnant of the apse, it remains a landscaped space that justifies its original name.
