In the remains of the Priory of Saint-Thibault, this ecomuseum illustrates the life of winemakers and artisans of the past. Thousands of objects, tools and documents are presented to the public in rooms ranging from the cellars of the 12th century to the cellar of the 20th century through the stable, the bakehouse and the fire room of the 19th century. A vineyard and a medieval garden revive some forgotten techniques.
