It is a complete tour that I propose to you with this guided tour: from the vine stock and grape to the glass of wine, immersing you, for a few hours, in a family winery in activity.
Our tour will start in the vineyard. You will discover the cycle of the vineyard, the viticultural landscapes and the terroir of Vouvray, as well as the work of the winemaker during the year during a guided walk in the vineyards (circuit of about 2 kilometers, provide small walking shoes).
This hike will be followed by a visit of the cellar and the cave troglo (remember to take a small wool if you are chilly) to discover the vinifications and the traditional method, used for the elaboration of wines of fine bubbles.
This oenological experience will conclude with a tasting of 6 wines of Vouvray/Touraine/Loire served with regional food slates in accordance with the wines.
