Chapelle Saint-Herbot
Saint Herbot, 29530,Plonévez du Faou
"A granite pearl in a green setting...". Nestled between the Monts d'Arrée and the Black Mountains, at the crossroads of the Armor and the Argoat, the Chapel of Saint Herbot, built at the end of the XIV-beginning XV century, is dedicated to the cult of Saint Herbot, saint protector of beasts with horns. It would have been built at the very place where the saint’s body is buried. In this green and preserved setting, the Chapel, listed as a Historical Monument, is also the starting point of a hiking tour.
