The Canal Théâtre du Pays de Redon is a Stage with a Convention of National Interest art and Creation for the Theatre that provides four essential missions:
* the broadcast of a professional and eclectic programming of the performing arts with a priority for the theatre,
* support for professional creation,
* support for amateur practice with his studio,
* the strengthening of mediation and the use of public development tools aimed at all residents.
A place of culture and discovery, the Canal-Théâtre offers about thirty shows and about 70 performances a year. It is also a meeting place between residents and artists, and between residents themselves.
