Trieux estuary
Trieux is a 72 km long river that crosses Guingamp and then Pontrieux before flowing into the sea through an estuary of about 18 km. Past its seafront and the nuggets of the coast, Loguivy de la Mer or the island of Bréhat, follow one another along steep banks: cliffs, pine forests, moors and wide coves where migratory birds come to land…
Then the river narrows, the vegetation becomes denser, the banks give us their secret: port of Lézardrieux, forest massif of Penhoat-Lancerf and its Estuary House, Château de la Roche Jagu, Pontrieux and its wash houses, etc.
