Flash visits of the exhibition "Swords for the Saône?"
Thanks to the rich collections of the museum and the generous loans of 25 public and private collections, the exhibition «Swords for the Saône?» presents more than 300 objects or sets of objects of the Bronze Age (2300-800 BCE) found mainly in water. Among these objects of prestige and everyday life, found in the Saône, but also the Rhine, the Seine, the Loire, the alpine lakes or the marshes, are exhibited exceptional objects such as the cuirass of Véria (Jura) and Saint-Germain-du-Plain (Saône-et-Loire) and swords, helmet, bracelet and sickle from the Ferrier port depot (Chalon-sur-Saône, Saône-et-Loire). Throughout the weekend, discover the exhibition in a few key works, accompanied by a mediator.
