The domain was done up by the countess de Lauraguais from 1774 (main buildings and common(shared)). It adds a Picturesque Park of 8 hectares, developed by including the ruins of a medieval castle (ruins of the old castle of the XIIIth century of counts de Chalon-Arlay, Princes of Orange) and of the surrounding wall(speaker) of the old(former) Market town - Top of Arlay. This park kept(preserved) its groves of origin, boulingrin, theatre of greenery, sheep barn, gazebo... In 1823, the prince Pierre d' Arenberg resumes(takes back) the domain, and commands(orders) for the castle a new furniture of style Charles X realised by a complete stayed one, craftsman of the jura mountains in his home state. In 1996, creation of a vegetable garden full of flowers, the Garden of Games(Sets), labelled " Remarkable Garden ". The set(group) is classified as "Historic Monument" and certified "Vineyard and Discovery".
