The former health facilities of Saint Hilaire were demolished in 2018, the rubble was crushed and spread on site, the land was remodelled and scattered with forest plantations. Traces of hospitals and their parks remain on site and reveal the past human presence. The demolition itself leaves gaps and passages that draw the location of the buildings in the current landscape. The "re-naturation", its plantations and its new development project different views in the future. All these fragments of history are listed in the «Topological map» published by the association «Les milieux» which observes the disappeared hospital site as a large garden in motion.
