By breaking the classical opposition between nature and culture, artists try to make places they invest spaces in transition between the garden, the public space and the city. For several years, Emmanuel Louisgrand has been working on places, sometimes neglected, that he reveals, to which he gives new life in a very poetic way, “spaces to garden” in which the gesture would be more that of the sculptor than that of the gardener. By presenting its sculptural elements and natural materials under the vaults of the Halle des Bouchers it re-examines the idea of nature, prompting us to imagine, both aesthetically and naturally, the possible virtuous metamorphoses of our cities and urban spaces.
