SAUVAGE(s) is the third book/hike of the Living in Fire Company Living Library. After Balzac and Jack London, two short stories from Maupassant: La Mère Sauvage and Mademoiselle Fifi.
Maruska Le Moing, actress and soprano guides the public on a literary and musical hike. It will give rise to two war texts that question the «monstrous» part of two women, two powerful women as much as they are fragile in an eminently masculine context. The lyrical song is a track to shout the unspeakable, the irreparable, the dread put in word by Maupassant.
To activate, with the story and the song, the breath of the spectator, we propose to continue the interpreter for the time of a hike. The landscape of the Bois de Clamart as scenography of the imaginary, the public runs, slows down, gets excited and frightens with these female characters. Walking stimulates the availability to literature, to the sensory experience guided by mental images and the rhythm of the staging. Transform hiking into a literary and musical space and transform the perception of music and text through hiking, SAUVAGE(s) offers you an outdoor sensory experience.
