This day begins with an explanatory description of our institution and its role as manager on the grounds of the Conservatoire du Littoral. The visit continues with the discovery and recognition of the incredible flora present on the site. Explanations and anecdotes inherent to this place will be proposed all along the walk including on the Genoese Tower erected in the sixteenth century, between 1550 and 1580, being part of the 88 sentinels that monitor the Mediterranean of all invasions, its lime kiln, which was used to make the mortar used to build it… The tower overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea that separates Corsica from Italy…
