The geological history of the site «Corbara shores» justifies its heritage interest: ancient dunes are observed on the rocky peaks between the beaches of Botre and Giunchetu. These training courses are infrequent in Corsica.
The dry-stone-lined paths and the ancient straws tell the story of a past essentially devoted to seasonal farming practices: grazing and growing cereals, which are the traditional activities of the Balagne.
