In 1900, the municipality of Euville, decided to make build a new city council and placed order to Henry Gutton and Joseph Hornecker, architects of movement School of Nancy. This choice(selection) of Art nouveau for a public building is generally explained by the desire to promote some stone of Euville. Project was thrown(launched) in 1901, but fell behind and the architects then appealed to Eugene Vallin, also architect Art nouveau, who will help them to finish(end) project in 1903\. Internal arrangements(developments) were realised in 1906\. Its stained-glass windows were registered in conformance with(for) historic monuments on January 15th, 1975, then its whole internal decoration(set) was listed(classified) by an order of May 26th, 1992\.
