Carrefour association: a heritage for the young people
The 35th edition(publishing) of European Heritage Days puts in honour diversity and wealth of European heritage. She allows to the citizens to understand better what moves closer to them by sharing historic and aesthetic shared values exceeding(overtaking) identity rivalries.
Heritage interest to Carrefour(crossroads): in 3, 4 and street, Trinitarian – Metz
Native house of Gabriel Pierné. Facade in courtyard with staircase wood and gutter. Huge fresco of André Flori, messin painter. Activities of the young people to Carrefour(crossroads). Huge sculpture Normania. Sculptures of the messin artist ARMAND DUBOIS (1912-1992) underground Roman Wall in Instrumentarium. Stained-glass windows on facade in 4, rue des Trinitaires. Renaissance.
The proposed route(course) will encourage the visitors to visit also the frescoes of the Coffee(Café) Jehanne d' Arc on the place(square) Jeanne d'Arc.
In 3, rue des Trinitaires, the route(course) in courts(yards) will be arrowed allowing to the visitors to pass of an element of heritage to other one.
