Cultural and sociability hub of the Cité-jardins de Suresnes, one of the most important in Île-de-France, awarded the Heritage of Regional Interest label in 2018, the Théâtre de Suresnes Jean Vilar participates in the social and urban history of the suburbs as well as the history of a popular and demanding theatre. It is now a theater that offers more than one hundred performances per year, which produces shows that tour in France and abroad and which is the place of Suresnes cities dance, big festival of urban dances and hip hop that will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2022.
