The castle of Lassay, hidden in the North-Mayenne, is a rare testimony of the Middle Ages, fortress still intact with its 8 towers connected by a rampart, its two drawbridges and its exceptional barbacane. It contains in its courtyard of honour the oldest holly of France, a remarkable tree of nearly 500 years.
