CLMH bietet eine Führung durch das Gebäude Langevin an, ein emblematisches Gebäude im Viertel La Grâce de Dieu in Caen, das sich heute im Zentrum eines ehrgeizigen Umstrukturierungsprojekts befindet.
Sie wird von La Soda und Erwan Bonduelle geleitet, dem Architektenverband, der im Rahmen der internationalen Konsultation Quartiers de demain ausgewählt wurde, um die Zukunft dieses Gebäudes zu entwerfen.
Das im Kontext des Wiederaufbaus und der städtischen Entwicklung der Nachkriegszeit errichtete Gebäude Langevin zeugt von einer bedeutenden Epoche in der Geschichte des kollektiven Wohnens. Angesichts der heutigen Herausforderungen - ökologischer Wandel, Anpassung der Wohnungen, Veränderungen in der Nutzung und Lebensqualität - schlägt das Umstrukturierungsprojekt vor, das Gebäude zu erneuern und gleichzeitig seine architektonischen und historischen Qualitäten zu würdigen.
Während dieser Besichtigung werden die Teilnehmer die Ausrichtungen des Projekts entdecken, das darauf abzielt, dieses Erbe des 20. Jahrhunderts zu einem nachhaltigen, attraktiven und an die Bedürfnisse von morgen angepassten Lebensraum zu machen.

CLMH offers a guided tour of the Langevin building, an emblematic building in the Grace de Dieu district of Caen, now at the heart of an ambitious restructuring project.
It will be led by La Soda and Erwan Bonduelle, the group of architects selected as part of the international consultation Quartiers de demain to imagine the future of this building.
Built in the context of post-war reconstruction and urban development, the Langevin building bears witness to a major period in the history of collective housing. Faced with contemporary challenges - ecological transition, adaptation of housing, changing uses and quality of life - the restructuring project proposes to renew the building while enhancing its architectural and heritage qualities.
During this visit, participants will discover the directions of the project which aims to make this heritage of the 20th century a sustainable living place, attractive and adapted to the needs of tomorrow.
A unique opportunity to understand how the architecture inherited from reconstruction can become a lever for inventing the city of tomorrow, while preserving the memory and identity of the neighborhoods that make it up.

CLMH propone una visita guidata dell'edificio Langevin, edificio emblematico del quartiere della Grâce de Dieu a Caen, oggi al centro di un ambizioso progetto di ristrutturazione.
Sarà animata da La Soda e Erwan Bonduelle, il gruppo di architetti selezionato nell'ambito della consultazione internazionale Quartiers de demain per immaginare il futuro di questo edificio.
Costruito nel contesto della ricostruzione e dello sviluppo urbano del dopoguerra, l'edificio Langevin testimonia un periodo importante nella storia dell'habitat collettivo. Di fronte alle sfide contemporanee - transizione ecologica, adattamento degli alloggi, evoluzione degli usi e qualità della vita - il progetto di ristrutturazione propone di rinnovare l'edificio valorizzando al contempo le sue qualità architettoniche e patrimoniali.
Durante questa visita, i partecipanti scopriranno gli orientamenti del progetto che mira a rendere questo patrimonio del XX secolo un luogo di vita sostenibile, attraente e adatto alle esigenze di domani.
Un'occasione unica per capire come l'architettura ereditata dalla ricostruzione possa diventare una leva per inventare la città di domani, preservando al contempo la memoria e l'identità dei quartieri che la compongono.

CLMH propose une visite guidée de l’immeuble Langevin, bâtiment emblématique du quartier de la Grâce de Dieu à Caen, aujourd’hui au cœur d’un ambitieux projet de restructuration.
Elle sera animée par La Soda et Erwan Bonduelle, le groupement d’architectes sélectionné dans le cadre de la consultation internationale Quartiers de demain pour imaginer l’avenir de cet édifice.
Construit dans le contexte de la reconstruction et du développement urbain de l’après-guerre, l’immeuble Langevin témoigne d’une période majeure de l’histoire de l’habitat collectif. Face aux défis contemporains - transition écologique, adaptation des logements, évolution des usages et qualité de vie - le projet de restructuration propose de renouveler le bâtiment tout en valorisant ses qualités architecturales et patrimoniales.
Au cours de cette visite, les participants découvriront les orientations du projet qui vise à faire de ce patrimoine du XXe siècle un lieu de vie durable, attractif et adapté aux besoins de demain.

CLMH propone una visita guiada del edificio Langevin, edificio emblemático del barrio de la Grâce de Dieu en Caen, hoy en el corazón de un ambicioso proyecto de reestructuración.
Estará animada por La Soda y Erwan Bonduelle, el grupo de arquitectos seleccionado en el marco de la consulta internacional Barrios del mañana para imaginar el futuro de este edificio.
Construido en el contexto de la reconstrucción y del desarrollo urbano de la posguerra, el edificio Langevin da testimonio de un período importante en la historia del hábitat colectivo. Frente a los desafíos contemporáneos -transición ecológica, adaptación de las viviendas, evolución de los usos y calidad de vida- el proyecto de reestructuración propone renovar el edificio valorando sus cualidades arquitectónicas y patrimoniales.
Durante esta visita, los participantes descubrirán las orientaciones del proyecto que tiene como objetivo hacer de este patrimonio del siglo XX un lugar de vida sostenible, atractivo y adaptado a las necesidades del futuro.
Una oportunidad única para entender cómo la arquitectura heredada de la reconstrucción puede convertirse en un impulso para inventar la ciudad del mañana, preservando al mismo tiempo la memoria y la identidad de los barrios que la componen.
