Star of the scene and of French cinema, Jean-Claude Brialy marked the French by his talent, his elegance and his intelligence. His country house, which he lived in for nearly 50 years, has become a concentrate of history and culture. The visit to his estate brings to our memories his friends among whom Cocteau, Jean Marais, Truffaut, Chabrol, Barbara, Romy Schneider or even Joséphine Backer... In addition to his house, he worked on his park, influenced by French gardens and romantic gardens. It also opens its doors for filming films like Eglantine or the Red Circle of Melville.
Labeled Maison des Illustres in 2024, the estate offers guided tours in small groups, shows and workshops.
