Unser pädagogisches Projekt wird die Mühle in eine lebendige Ressource verwandeln. Er stützt sich auf acht Jahre technische und handwerkliche Expertise, die seiner vollständigen Rehabilitation gewidmet sind. Es ist für zukünftige Generationen gedacht, von den jüngsten Schulkindern bis zu den spezialisiertesten Studenten.
