Owner of a sandstone quarry on the edge of the massif of Fontainebleau, I extract from the rock this hard stone in the same way as in the eighteenth century, that is, in an artisanal way, which consists in splitting the stone with the help of ancient tools that give it this exploded, and noble aspect of the sandstone of Fontainebleau, which adorns the landscape of the Ile-de-France.
