Entdecken Sie die restaurierte Allianz-Arche der Kirche Saint-Roch neu!

Die Allianz-Arche der Sankt-Roch-Kirche ist ein seltenes Möbelstück, dessen allgemeine Form von den Möbeln des Tempels von Jerusalem inspiriert ist, wie sie im Alten Testament beschrieben wurden. Der um 1840 vom Architekten Charles Lelong entworfene Park wurde zwischen März und Juli 2026 umfassend restauriert, um die Schönheit seiner ägyptisch-inspirierenden Einrichtung zu betonen. Dem Leiden Christi gewidmet, verbindet er verwundert die Leiden des Volkes Israel mit denen Jesu, um zu zeigen, dass das Alte Testament das Neue Testament verkündet. Im Laufe der Geschichte mühsam restauriert und kurz vor seiner Restaurierung verwüstet, stellt es ein schönes Beispiel für "gefährdetes Erbe" dar.

Rediscover the restored Ark of the Covenant of the Saint-Roch Church!

The Ark of the Covenant in the church of Saint-Roch is a rare piece of furniture whose general shape is inspired by the furniture of the Temple of Jerusalem, as described in the Old Testament. Designed by the architect Charles Lelong around 1840, it underwent a complete restoration between March and July 2026, intended to highlight the beauty of its Egyptian-style decor. Dedicated to the Passion of Christ, it astonishingly associates the sufferings of the people of Israel with that of Jesus in an approach tending to show that the Old Testament announces the New Testament. Clumsily restored throughout history and vandalized shortly before its restoration, it is a fine example of "heritage in danger".

L'Arca dell'alleanza della chiesa di San Rocco è un raro oggetto d'arredo la cui forma generale si ispira a quella del Tempio di Gerusalemme, come descritto nell'Antico Testamento. Progettato dall'architetto Charles Lelong intorno al 1840, è stato oggetto tra marzo e luglio 2026 di un restauro completo, destinato a valorizzare la bellezza del suo arredamento in stile egiziano. Dedicato alla Passione di Cristo, esso associa con stupore le sofferenze del popolo d'Israele a quella di Gesù in un'ottica tesa a mostrare che l'Antico Testamento annuncia il Nuovo Testamento. Maldestramente restaurato nel corso della storia e vandalizzato poco prima del suo restauro, costituisce un bell'esempio di "patrimonio in pericolo".
