Take part in all the steps of apple juice production: fruit crushing, press filling and pressing.
Discover an element of the Norman rural heritage through the traditional gestures of apple processing. Turn the crank of the grinder yourself, observe the operation of the press and leave with a better understanding of this know-how passed down from generation to generation.
If possible, bring a few apples: the fruits can be pooled for crushing and pressing.
Visitors without apples will also be able to participate, within the limits of available fruit.

Nestled in the heart of rue des Carrières, the Maison de La Dame Blanche stands as the oldest mansion of the Damps, steeped in history and legends. According to local tradition, her name is linked to Blanche de Castille, but further research reveals that it was actually Blanche de France, heiress of Philippe le Long, who resided here in the fourteenth century. The architecture of the Maison de la Dame Blanche testifies to its advanced age. Its cellar, with double bevelled arches, is typical of the thirteenth century, while the construction elements that make up the rest of the building clearly evoke the medieval style. The high-pitched roof, the diamond-shaped glass windows held in place by lead, and the carved decoration found on the sandboxes and window frames add a touch of Gothic charm to this house.
