Julien, a young literature teacher, is falsely accused of harassment by one of his students, Leslie. As he tries to prove his innocence, he faces multiple pressures from the girl's older brother and his classmates. Word soon spreads throughout the school. Julien seeks support from his colleagues and superiors, but given the risk of the situation flaring up, there's only one watchword: don't make waves.
