The Patrimony survives only by the existence of those who know the trades of traditional construction, transmitted for centuries from one worker to another. For these professions, Maisons paysannes de France and Les Compagnons du Devoir work to educate the public for the former, and to educate youth for the latter. Companionship, a network for the transmission of knowledge and identities by the profession, was inscribed in 2010 on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity at UNESCO. Maisons paysannes de France is a national association for the preservation of rural heritage built and landscaped since 1965. These two organizations will be presented in the common and dovecote of the castle.
