Kidi Bebey, die Tochter des großen kamerunischen Musikers Francis Bebey, ist eine französische Journalistin, Redakteurin und Autorin, deren Eltern aus Kamerun stammen. Jugend- und Erwachsenenliteratur. Sie war bereits zweimal in Verson, das letzte Mal im Jahr 2019.
Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am CNRS und an der LAM (Les Afriques dans le Monde); ihre Arbeiten konzentrieren sich auf die Beziehungen zwischen Literatur und Geschichte in Westafrika, sie veröffentlichte insbesondere das biografische Werk «Senghor» (Editions PUF) im Jahr 2023
