Le Château Coquelle ist eine assoziative Struktur, die sich den Spannungen stellt, die die Gesellschaft schwächen: einer verstärkten Wahrnehmung der Zeitbeschleunigung; eine Schwächung der gemeinsamen Räume und Zeiten; eine auf verschiedenen Ebenen empfundene Unsicherheit; ein Niedergang der Institutionen; eine gefährdete Umgebung; eine liberale Vorherrschaft; ein reaktionärer und gemeinschaftlicher Aufstieg... Auf seiner Ebene möchte das Château Coquelle die Öffentlichkeit durch kulturelles und künstlerisches Handeln beim Verständnis dieser Phänomene und bei deren Reflexion unterstützen.
Durch die Fototreffen von Dünkirchen, das Château Coquelle stellt ein umfassendes und kohärentes Programm im Bereich der dokumentarischen und zeitgenössischen Fotografie auf. Es unterstützt das künstlerische Schaffen durch kurz- und langfristige fotografische Residenzen und die Verbreitung von Ausstellungen. Es fördert die Vermittlung und künstlerische Bildung des fotografischen Bildes für alle Zielgruppen durch sein Programm kultureller und künstlerischer Aktivitäten. Das gesamte fotografische Projekt zielt darauf ab, unsere zeitgenössischen Gesellschaften durch das Bild zu hinterfragen und zu debattieren.
Das zweihundertjährige Jubiläum der Fotografie bietet die Möglichkeit eines gemeinsamen Kommissariatprojekts mit dem Institut Pour la Photographie in Lille, basierend auf der Fotosammlung des Frac Grand Large - Hauts-de-France.
Das Château Coquelle bekräftigt die folgende Annahme; Innerhalb dieser Zusammenarbeit zeugt die Fotografie als künstlerisches Medium von den Spannungen, die die Gesellschaft schwächen. Es handelt sich also hier darum, dies zu demonstrieren, insbesondere unter Berücksichtigung der im gesamten kulturellen Programm des Château Coquelle behandelten Themen.

The Château Coquelle is an associative structure committed to confronting the tensions that weaken society: a heightened perception of the acceleration of time; a weakening of common spaces and times; insecurity felt at different levels; a decline in institutions; a weakened environment; liberal supremacy; a reactionary and communitarian rise... At its level, the Château Coquelle wishes to accompany the public in understanding these phenomena and their reflection, through cultural and artistic action.
Through the Rencontres Photographiques de Dunkerque, Château Coquelle is implementing a comprehensive and coherent program in the field of documentary and contemporary photography. It supports artistic creation through short and long-term photographic residencies and the dissemination of exhibitions. It encourages the transmission and artistic education of the photographic image to all audiences through its program of cultural and artistic actions. The whole of this photographic project aims to question and debate, through images, our contemporary societies.
The Bicentenary of Photography gives the opportunity for a curatorial project shared with the Institute Pour la Photographie in Lille, based on the photographic collection of the Frac Grand Large – Hauts-de-France.
Château Coquelle asserts the following postulate; Within this collaboration, photography, an artistic medium, bears witness to the tensions that weaken society. It is therefore a matter of demonstrating this, particularly by reflecting the subjects dealt with in the entire cultural programme at Château Coquelle.

Le Château Coquelle è una struttura associativa impegnata di fronte alle tensioni che indeboliscono la società: una maggiore percezione dell'accelerazione del tempo; un indebolimento degli spazi e dei tempi comuni; un'insicurezza percepita a diversi livelli; un declino delle istituzioni; un ambiente fragile; una supremazia liberale; un'ascesa reazionaria e comunitaria... A suo livello, il Château Coquelle desidera accompagnare il pubblico nella comprensione di questi fenomeni e la loro riflessione, attraverso l'azione culturale e artistica.
Attraverso gli Incontri Fotografici di Dunkerque, il Château Coquelle mette in atto un programma completo e coerente nel campo della fotografia documentaria e contemporanea. Sostiene la creazione artistica attraverso residenze fotografiche a breve e lungo termine e la diffusione delle esposizioni. Incoraggia la trasmissione e l'educazione artistica dell'immagine fotografica destinata a tutti i pubblici attraverso il suo programma di azioni culturali e artistiche. L'intero progetto fotografico mira a mettere in discussione e interrogare, attraverso l'immagine, le nostre società contemporanee.

À travers les Rencontres Photographiques de Dunkerque, le Château Coquelle met en place un programme complet et cohérent dans le domaine de la photographie documentaire et contemporaine. Il soutient la création artistique au moyen de résidences photographiques à court et long termes et à la diffusion des expositions. Il encourage la transmission et l’éducation artistique de l’image photographique à destination de tous les publics à travers son programme d’actions culturelles et artistiques. Le Château Coquelle es una estructura asociativa comprometida frente a las tensiones que debilitan la sociedad: una mayor percepción de la aceleración del tiempo; una fragilización de los espacios y tiempos comunes; una sensación de inseguridad en diferentes niveles; un declive de las instituciones; un entorno frágil; una supremacía liberal; un ascenso reaccionario y comunitario... A su nivel, el Château Coquelle desea acompañar al público en la comprensión de estos fenómenos y su reflexión, mediante la acción cultural y artística.
A través los encuentros fotográficos de Dunkerque, el Château Coquelle establece un programa completo y coherente en el campo de la fotografía documental y contemporánea. Apoya la creación artística mediante residencias fotográficas a corto y largo plazo y la difusión de las exposiciones. Fomenta la transmisión y la educación artística de la imagen fotográfica destinada a todos los públicos a través de su programa de acciones culturales y artísticas. El conjunto de este proyecto fotográfico tiene como objetivo cuestionar y poner en debate, a través de la imagen, nuestras sociedades contemporáneas.
