Die vierte Ausstellung der Reihe FOTOTAXIS#, Mid_Life_Crisis, eröffnet 2027 einen Dialog zwischen verschiedenen Generationen der zeitgenössischen Fotografie. Mit einer fast zehnjährigen Geschichte befreit sich die Biennale diesmal von den thematischen Zwängen und beleuchtet die Arbeiten aufstrebender Künstler, Mitte ihrer Karriere und der Meister dieser Disziplin. Anlässlich des 200-jährigen Jubiläums der Fotografie gibt die Ausstellung nicht nur einen Blick zurück, sondern eröffnet auch Perspektiven auf die Zukunft des Mediums und seine möglichen Entwicklungen in den kommenden Jahrhunderten. Die auf Zusammenarbeit und Reflexion basierende Auswahl vereint bedeutende Künstler, die gemeinsam dazu beitragen, die Gegenwart und Zukunft der Fotografie zu gestalten.

The fourth exhibition of the FOTOTAXIS#, Mid_Life_Crisis, opens in 2027 a dialogue between different generations of contemporary photography. With a history of nearly ten years, the biennial this time avoids thematic constraints and puts in front the works of emerging artists, mid-career artists and masters of the discipline. On the occasion of the bicentenary of photography, the exhibition is not only a retrospective look: it also opens horizons on the future of the medium and its possible evolutions in the coming centuries. Based on collaboration and reflection, the selection brings together major artists who contribute together to shape the present and future of photography.

La quarta mostra della serie FOTOTAXIS#, Mid_Life_Crisis, nel 2027, avvia un dialogo tra diverse generazioni di fotografia contemporanea. Forte di una storia lunga quasi dieci anni, la biennale si libera questa volta dai vincoli tematici e mette in luce i lavori di artisti emergenti, a metà carriera e dei maestri della disciplina. In occasione del bicentenario della fotografia, la mostra non si limita a uno sguardo retrospettivo: apre anche orizzonti sul futuro del mezzo e le sue possibili evoluzioni nei prossimi secoli. Basata sulla collaborazione e la riflessione, la selezione riunisce artisti importanti che contribuiscono insieme a plasmare il presente e il futuro della fotografia.

La quatrième exposition de la série FOTOTAXIS#, Mid_Life_Crisis, engage en 2027 un dialogue entre différentes générations de la photographie contemporaine. Forte d’une histoire de près de dix ans, la biennale s’affranchit cette fois des contraintes thématiques et met en regard les travaux d’artistes émergents, en milieu de carrière et des maîtres de la discipline. À l’occasion du bicentenaire de la photographie, l’exposition ne se contente pas d’un regard rétrospectif : elle ouvre également des horizons sur l’avenir du médium et ses évolutions possibles au cours des prochains siècles. Fondée sur la collaboration et la réflexion, la sélection réunit des artistes majeurs qui contribuent ensemble à façonner le présent et l’avenir de la photographie.

La cuarta exposición de la serie FOTOTAXIS#, Mid_Life_Crisis, inicia en 2027 un diálogo entre diferentes generaciones de la fotografía contemporánea. Con una historia de casi diez años, la bienal se libera esta vez de las limitaciones temáticas y pone en relación los trabajos de artistas emergentes, a mitad de carrera y de maestros de la disciplina. Con motivo del bicentenario de la fotografía, la exposición no se limita a una mirada retrospectiva: también abre horizontes sobre el futuro del medio y sus posibles evoluciones en los próximos siglos. Basada en la colaboración y la reflexión, la selección reúne a los principales artistas que contribuyen juntos a dar forma al presente y al futuro de la fotografía.
