FLASH ist ein festival, das der zeitgenössischen fotografie gewidmet ist und als instrument des zeugnisses und der reflexion über den sozialen und städtischen wandel betrachtet wird. In Fontenay-sous-Bois verankert, beleuchtet es die peripheren Gebiete in ihrem ganzen Reichtum und macht diese oft marginalisierten Räume zu einem zentralen Ort der Schöpfung, des Experimentierens und der künstlerischen Sichtbarkeit.
Als künstlerisches, bürgerliches und partizipatives Ereignis gedacht, FLASH fördert die begegnung zwischen künstlern, bewohnern·und publikum, indem sie zeitgenössische blicke und lokale erzählungen miteinander verbinden.
Die erste Ausgabe findet vom 18. September bis 7. November 2026 in der Nef-Halle Roublot statt. Es wird sich um drei Ausstellungen drehen: Flugbahn(n) 12 zeitgenössische künstler zusammenbringen·; Fragment einer kollektiven Geschichte , gewidmet dem archiv der stadt und Banlieue feiert! , exposiiton rückgabe eines partizipativen appells, der die bewohner auffordert·, ihre bilder rund um das thema der party zu teilen.
Die öffentliche Vernissage findet am 17. September um 18.30 Uhr statt.
Während der gesamten Dauer des Festivals wird ein Programm von Veranstaltungen (Treffen, Workshops, Besichtigungen, Festzeiten) für alle Zielgruppen angeboten.

FLASH is a festival dedicated to contemporary photography, conceived as a tool for documenting and reflecting on social and urban transformations. Based in Fontenay-sous-Bois, it highlights peripheral territories in all their richness, turning these often marginalized spaces into central grounds for artistic creation, experimentation, and visibility.
Envisioned as an event that is at once artistic, civic, and participatory, FLASH fosters encounters between artists, residents, and audiences by bringing together contemporary perspectives and local narratives.
The first edition will take place at the Halle Roublot (Nef) from September 18 to November 7, 2026. It will revolve around three exhibitions: Trajectoire(s), featuring 12 contemporary artists; Fragment of a Collective History, dedicated to the city’s archives; and Banlieue en fête!, an exhibition presenting the outcomes of a participatory open call inviting residents to share their images on the theme of celebration.
The public opening will be held on September 17 at 6:30 PM.
Throughout the festival, a program of events—including talks, workshops, guided tours, and festive gatherings—will be offered for all audiences.

FLASH è un festival dedicato alla fotografia contemporanea, concepito come strumento di testimonianza e riflessione sui cambiamenti sociali e urbani. Ancorato a Fontenay-sous-Bois, mette in evidenza i territori periferici in tutta la loro ricchezza, rendendo questi spazi spesso emarginati un terreno centrale per la creazione, la sperimentazione e la visibilità artistica.
Considerato un evento artistico, cittadino e partecipativo, FLASH promuove l'incontro tra artisti, abitanti·e pubblico, attraversando sguardi contemporanei e storie locali.
La prima edizione si terrà presso la Nef-Halle Roublot dal 18 settembre al 7 novembre 2026. Sarà organizzata attorno a tre mostre: Traiettorie , riunendo 12 artisti contemporanei·; Frammento di una storia collettiva , dedicato agli archivi della città e. I sobborghi festeggiano! , exposiiton restituzione di una chiamata partecipativa che invita i residenti·a condividere le loro immagini intorno al tema della festa.
L'apertura pubblica si svolgerà il 17 settembre alle 18.30.
Durante tutto il festival, un programma di eventi (incontri, workshop, visite, momenti festivi) sarà offerto a tutti gli spettatori.

FLASH est un festival dédié à la photographie contemporaine, envisagée comme un outil de témoignage et de réflexion sur les mutations sociales et urbaines. Ancré à Fontenay-sous-Bois, il met en lumière les territoires périphériques dans toute leur richesse, en faisant de ces espaces souvent marginalisés un terrain central de création, d’expérimentation et de visibilité artistique.
Pensé comme un événement à la fois artistique, citoyen et participatif, FLASH favorise la rencontre entre artistes, habitant·es et publics, en croisant regards contemporains et récits locaux.
La première édition se tiendra à la Nef- Halle Roublot du 18 septembre au 7 novembre 2026. Elle s’articulera autour de trois expositions : Trajectoire(s), réunissant 12 artistes contemporain·es ; Fragment d’une histoire collective, consacrée aux archives de la ville et Banlieue en fête !, exposiiton restitution d’un appel participatif invitant les habitant·es à partager leurs images autour du thème de la fête.

Anclada en Fontenay-sous-Bois, destaca los territorios periféricos en toda su riqueza, convirtiendo estos espacios a menudo marginados en un terreno central para la creación, la experimentación y la visibilidad artística.
Pensado como un evento artístico, ciudadano y participativo, FLASH promueve el encuentro entre artistas, habitantes·y públicos, cruzando miradas contemporáneas e historias locales.
La primera edición se celebrará en el NEF- Halle Roublot del 18 de septiembre al 7 de noviembre de 2026. Se organizará en torno a tres exposiciones: Trayectoria(s) , reuniendo a 12 artistas contemporáneos·; Fragmento de una historia colectiva , dedicado a los archivos de la ciudad y Los suburbios celebran! , exposiiton restitución de una convocatoria participativa invitando a los residentes·a compartir sus imágenes en torno al tema de la fiesta.
La inauguración pública tendrá lugar el 17 de septiembre a las 6:30 pm.
A lo largo del festival, se ofrecerá un programa de eventos (reuniones, talleres, visitas, tiempo festivo) a todos los públicos.
