Die Region richtet die Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur jedes Jahr seit 2017 einen Appell an die Projekte für die Restaurierung und die Aufwertung des nicht geschützten ländlichen Erbes. Die gezielten(angestrebten) Operatoren sind vorrangig die Gemeinschaften, die Kommunen vor allem, die wichtige Subventionssatze genießen: bis zu 50 % für die Kommunen und intercommunalités weniger als 10 000 Einwohner. Die Vereine(Vereinigungen), die Gründungen(Stiftungen), die Privatpersonen, die öffentlichen Organisationen sind ebenfalls wählbar.
Der Ruf in Projekt wird in die Partnerschaft mit Gründung(Stiftung) des Erbes gebracht(geführt), das eine Staffel(relais) der Information und Rats auf dem Gelände(Boden), besonders bei den Kommunen versichert(gewährleistet), für die sie öffentliche Subskriptionen zu Gunsten der ausgewählten Projekte aufstellt.
Ein technisches aus den Experten zusammengesetztes Komitee wählt die besten Projekte vor, die dann den Abstimmungen der regionalen Auserwählten angeboten werden. Die Projekte sollen unbedingt zwei Fensterläden enthalten: ein Fensterladen der Restaurierungsmassnahmen und ein Aufwertungsfensterladen beim Publikum. Die architektonischen Projekte sollen die Erbintegrität der Werke respektieren und Materialien und den Ursprungszuständen(Ursprungsstaaten) gemäße Restaurierungstechniken benutzen. Die Fensterläden Aufwertung sollen eine pädagogische Dimension Richtung die Schulischen enthalten.
Das Ziel(Objektiv) besteht darin, die Bürger und die Besitzer(Besitzerinnen), besonders die Kommunen, für das Werden dieses Erbes zu sensibilisieren, dessen erstes Interesse der monumentale Charakter nicht ist sondern das dafür klar und deutlich identifiziert wird wie ein allgemeines Wohl von den Bevölkerungen, deren Werkzeug und den Angestellten des Alltags er während Generationen gleicherweise(gleichzeitig) gebildet(gegründet) hat. Oft einzige Ausrüstung, die einen Drehpunkt in einem sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Dynamisieren bilden(gründen) kann, seine Aufwertung ist vom doppelten Interesse, die Landschaften zu bewahren und einen Markt in den lokalen Unternehmen zu versichern(gewährleisten), deren Aufrechterhaltung(Erhaltung) ein Einsatz für die ländlichen Zonen ist.

The Region Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur throws(launches) every year since 2017 a call for projects for restoration(catering) and promotion(valuation) of protected rural heritage. The aimed operators are first and foremost communities, municipalities especially, which benefit from important rates of subsidy: up to 50 % for municipalities and links between local authorities of less than 10 000 inhabitants. Associations, foundations, individuals, public agencies are also eligible.
The call for project is led in partnership with Heritage foundation which assures(insures) a relay of information and of advice(council) on the ground, in particular to municipalities for which she sets public subscriptions up to the advantage of chosen projects.
A technical committee compound(made up) of experts shortlists the best projects which are then proposed in the votes of the regional elected representatives. Projects have to contain inevitably two sections(shutters): a working section(shutter) of restoration(catering) and a section(shutter) of promotion(valuation) to the public. Architectural projects have to respect the patrimonial integrity of works and use materials and techniques of restoration(catering) corresponding to home states. Sections(Shutters) promotion(valuation) have to contain a pedagogic dimension(size) towards the school.
Objective is to sensitise the citizens and the owners, in particular municipalities, in the future of this heritage the first interest of which monumental character is not but that is clearly identified on the other hand as the common good by the populations the working tool and the executive of the everyday life of which it established(constituted) during generations at once. Often only equipment that can establish(constitute) a fulcrum(support) in an economic and social revitalisation, its promotion(valuation) is of double interest to preserve landscapes and to assure(insure) a market to the local companies preservation of which is a stake for the rural zones.

I tiri(lanci) di Region Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (lanci) ogni anno dal 2017 un appello di progetti per restauro(restituzione) (servizio di approvvigionamento) e valutazione(stima) d'eredità rurale(campestre) protetta (tenute(proprietà)). Gli operatori puntati sono prima di tutto comunità(comunanze), le municipalità particolarmente, che traggono vantaggio da tassi(tariffe) importanti di sovvenzione: il fino a 50% per municipalità e collegamenti(legami) fra autorità locali di meno di 10 000 abitanti. Le associazioni, le fondazioni(i fondamenti), gli individui, le agenzie pubbliche stanno anche avendo i requisiti.
L'appello di progetti è condotto in associazione con fondazione(fondamento) d'Eredità che assicura (assicura) un relé delle informazioni e di consiglio (il consiglio) sulla terra, soprattutto a municipalità per cui regola(allestisce) sottoscrizioni(abbonamenti) pubbliche a vantaggio di progetti scelti.

I progetti devono contenere inevitabilmente due imposte(battenti) (i settori): un'imposta(battente) feriale(lavorativa) (settore) di restauro(restituzione) (servizio di approvvigionamento) e un'imposta(battente) (settore) di valutazione(stima) al pubblico. I progetti architettonici devono rispettare l'integrità patrimoniale di lavori(opere) e usare materiali e le tecniche di restauro(restituzione) (il servizio di approvvigionamento) che corrisponde a stati familiari. Le imposte(I battenti) (i Settori) la valutazione(stima) devono contenere una dimensione pedagogica (le dimensioni(la misura)) verso la scuola.
L'obiettivo è quello di sensibilizzare i cittadini e i proprietari, in municipalità particolari, nel futuro di questi l'eredità (le tenute(proprietà)) il primo interesse di cui il carattere monumentale non è, ma questo è chiaramente identificato d'altra parte come il bene comune dalle popolazioni lo strumento feriale(lavorativo) e la struttura(cornice) della vita quotidiana di cui ha istituito (costituito) durante generazioni nello stesso momento. La Région Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur lance chaque année depuis 2017 un appel à projets pour la restauration et la valorisation du patrimoine rural non protégé. Les opérateurs visés sont en priorité les collectivités, communes surtout, qui bénéficient de taux de subvention importants : jusqu’à 50% pour les communes et intercommunalités de moins de 10 000 habitants. Les associations, fondations, particuliers, organismes publics sont également éligibles.
L’appel à projet est mené en partenariat avec le Fondation du Patrimoine qui assure un relais d’information et de conseil sur le terrain, notamment auprès des communes pour lesquelles elle met en place des souscriptions publiques au bénéfice des projets sélectionnés.
Un comité technique composé d’experts présélectionne les meilleurs projets qui sont ensuite proposés aux votes des élus régionaux. Les projets doivent comporter obligatoirement deux volets : un volet de travaux de restauration et un volet de valorisation auprès du public. Les projets architecturaux doivent respecter l’intégrité patrimoniale des œuvres et utiliser des matériaux et des techniques de restauration conformes aux états d’origine. Les volets valorisation doivent comporter une dimension pédagogique en direction des scolaires.
L’objectif est de sensibiliser les citoyens et les propriétaires, notamment les communes, au devenir de ce patrimoine dont le caractère monumental n’est pas l’intérêt premier mais qui est en revanche nettement identifié comme un bien commun par les populations dont il a constitué pendant des générations à la fois l’outil de travail et le cadre de la vie quotidienne. Souvent seul équipement pouvant constituer un point d'appui à une dynamisation économique et sociale, sa valorisation présente le double intérêt de préserver les paysages et d’assurer un marché aux entreprises locales dont le maintien est un enjeu pour les zones rurales.

La Región Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur lanza cada año desde el 2017 una llamada(apelación) a proyectos para la restauración y la valorización del patrimonio rural no protegido. Los operadores aludidos son con prioridad las colectividades, los municipios sobre todo, que gozan de tasas(índices) importantes de subvención: hasta el 50 % para los municipios e intercommunalités de menos de 10 000 habitantes. Las asociaciones, las fundaciones, los individuos, los organismos públicos son también elegibles.
La licitación de proyectos es llevada en colaboración con Fundación del Patrimonio que asegura un enlace(albergue) de información y de consejo sobre el terreno, particularmente cerca de los municipios para los cuales pone en sitio suscripciones públicas en provecho de los proyectos seleccionados.
Un comité técnico constado de expertos preselecciona los mejores proyectos que luego son propuestos a los votos de los elegidos regionales. Los proyectos deben implicar(comprender) obligatoriamente dos postigos: un postigo de obras de restauración y un postigo de valorización cerca del público. Los proyectos arquitecturales deben respetar la integridad patrimonial de las obras y utilizar materiales y a técnicas de restauración conforme con los estados de origen. Los postigos valorización deben implicar(comprender) una dimensión pedagógica con destino a los escolares.
El objetivo hay que sensibilizar a los ciudadanos y a los propietarios, particularmente los municipios, al devenir de este patrimonio y el carácter monumental no es su primer interés sino el que es distintamente identificado en cambio como un bien común por las poblaciones y constituyó durante generaciones a la vez su herramienta y el marco de la vida cotidiana. A menudo solo equipo que puede constituir un punto de apoyo a una dinamización económica y social, su valorización presenta el interés doble de preservar los paisajes y de asegurar un mercado a las empresas locales cuya conservación es una puesta(objetivo) para las zonas rurales.
