ausgestatteten industriellen Erbes Die Region richtet die Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur seit 2017 einen Appell an die Projekte für die Restaurierung und die Aufwertung der Haupterbwebsites(Haupterbstätten), einer Thematik nach, die sich jedes Jahr verändert. 2018 ist eben das Thema des industriellen Erbes zurückgehalten worden. Die gezielten(angestrebten) Operatoren sind vorrangig die Gemeinschaften, die Kommunen vor allem, die wichtige Subventionssatze genießen: bis zu 50 % für die Kommunen und intercommunalités weniger als 10 000 Einwohner. Die Vereine(Vereinigungen), die Gründungen(Stiftungen), die Privatpersonen, die öffentlichen Organisationen sind ebenfalls wählbar.
Ein technisches aus den Experten zusammengesetztes Komitee wählt die besten Projekte vor, die dann den Abstimmungen der regionalen Auserwählten angeboten werden. Die Projekte sollen unbedingt zwei Fensterläden enthalten: ein Fensterladen der Restaurierungsmassnahmen oder Einsatzes in den Zugänglichkeitsnormen und ein Aufwertungsfensterladen von der Öffnung der Website(Stätte) im Tourismus oder von der Verbesserung der Bedingungen für die Aufnahme des Publikums. Die architektonischen Projekte sollen die Erbintegrität der Websites(Stätten) respektieren und Materialien und den Ursprungszuständen(Ursprungsstaaten) gemäße Einsatztechnik benutzen. Das Touristenaufwertungsprojekt soll sich in ein dauerhaftes, realistisches und lebensfähiges Wirtschaftsmodell einschreiben. Das industrielle Erbe, das in der Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur sehr präsent ist, bietet(schenkt) eine breite historische Palette an und typologique, aber es ist und aufgewertet ungenügend bekannt. Dieses Thema 2018 zurückhaltend, hält die Region für Ziel(Objektiv), die Erbdimension dieser Erbschaft zu behaupten, es als ein Touristentrumpf, in einer Umstände der Diversifikation des Angebots und des Austrittes eines vergrößerten Interesses des Publikums für diesen Typ des Erbes erkennen zu lassen.

The Region Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur throws(launches) since 2017 a call for projects for restoration(catering) and promotion(valuation) of major patrimonial sites, according to themes which change every year. In 2018, it is the theme of the industrial heritage that was held(retained). The aimed operators are first and foremost communities, municipalities especially, which benefit from important rates of subsidy: up to 50 % for municipalities and links between local authorities of less than 10 000 inhabitants. Associations, foundations, individuals, public agencies are also eligible.
A technical committee compound(made up) of experts shortlists the best projects which are then proposed in the votes of the regional elected representatives. Projects have to contain inevitably two sections(shutters): a working section(shutter) of restoration(catering) or of putting in the standards of accessibility and a section(shutter) of promotion(valuation) by the opening of the site in tourism or by the improvement of the conditions of welcome(reception) of the public. Architectural projects have to respect the patrimonial integrity of sites and use materials and techniques of implementation corresponding to home states. The project of tourist promotion(valuation) must join a realistic and viable, long-lasting(sustainable) economic model. The industrial, very present heritage in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, offers a wide historic and typological pallet, but it is insufficiently known and promoted. By holding(retaining) this theme in 2018, the Region has as objective to assert(affirm) the patrimonial dimension(size) of this inheritance, to make it recognise as a tourist asset(trump card), in a context of diversification of offer and of emergence of a greater interest of the public for this type(chap) of heritage.

I tiri(lanci) di Region Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (i lanci) dal 2017 un appello di progetti per restauro(restituzione) (il servizio di approvvigionamento) e la valutazione(stima) di siti patrimoniali principali, secondo temi(argomenti) che cambiano ogni anno. Nel 2018, è il tema(argomento) dell'eredità industriale (le tenute(proprietà)) che è stato considerato (ritenuto). Gli operatori puntati sono prima di tutto comunità(comunanze), le municipalità particolarmente, che traggono vantaggio da tassi(tariffe) importanti di sovvenzione: il fino a 50% per municipalità e collegamenti(legami) fra autorità locali di meno di 10 000 abitanti. Le associazioni, le fondazioni(i fondamenti), gli individui, le agenzie pubbliche stanno anche avendo i requisiti.

I progetti architettonici devono rispettare l'integrità patrimoniale di siti e usare materiali e le tecniche d'esecuzione che corrisponde a stati familiari. Il progetto di valutazione(stima) turistica deve unirsi a un modello economico (sostenibile) realistico e in grado di vivere(attuabile), durevole. L'eredità industriale, molto presente (le tenute(proprietà)) in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, offre un pallet storico e tipologico largo(vasto), ma è insufficientemente conosciuto e promosso. Rimanendo (ritenendo) questo tema(argomento) nel 2018, la regione ha siccome l'obiettivo di asserire (afferma) la dimensione patrimoniale (le dimensioni(la misura)) di quest'eredità, per farlo riconoscere come un bene(attivo) turistico (l'atout(asso nella manica)), in un contesto di diversificazione d'offerta e d'apparizione di un più gran interesse del pubblico per questo tipo (il tipo) d'eredità (le tenute(proprietà)).

La Région Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur lance depuis 2017 un appel à projets pour la restauration et la valorisation de sites patrimoniaux majeurs, selon une thématique qui change chaque année. En 2018, c’est le thème du patrimoine industriel qui a été retenu. Les opérateurs visés sont en priorité les collectivités, communes surtout, qui bénéficient de taux de subvention importants : jusqu’à 50% pour les communes et intercommunalités de moins de 10 000 habitants. Les associations, fondations, particuliers, organismes publics sont également éligibles.
Un comité technique composé d’experts présélectionne les meilleurs projets qui sont ensuite proposés aux votes des élus régionaux. Les projets doivent comporter obligatoirement deux volets : un volet de travaux de restauration ou de mise aux normes d’accessibilité et un volet de valorisation par l’ouverture du site au tourisme ou par l’amélioration des conditions d’accueil du public. Les projets architecturaux doivent respecter l’intégrité patrimoniale des sites et utiliser des matériaux et des techniques de mise en oeuvre conformes aux états d’origine. Le projet de valorisation touristique doit s’inscrire dans un modèle économique durable, réaliste et viable. Le patrimoine industriel, très présent en Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, offre une large palette historique et typologique, mais il est insuffisamment connu et valorisé. En retenant ce thème en 2018, la Région a pour objectif d'affirmer la dimension patrimoniale de cet héritage, de le faire reconnaître comme un atout touristique, dans un contexte de diversification de l'offre et d'émergence d'un intérêt accru du public pour ce type de patrimoine.

La Región Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur lanza desde el 2017 una llamada(apelación) a proyectos para la restauración y la valorización de sitios patrimoniales mayores, según una temática que cambia cada año. En 2018, es el tema del patrimonio industrial que ha sido retenido. Los operadores aludidos son con prioridad las colectividades, los municipios sobre todo, que gozan de tasas(índices) importantes de subvención: hasta el 50 % para los municipios e intercommunalités de menos de 10 000 habitantes. Las asociaciones, las fundaciones, los individuos, los organismos públicos son también elegibles.
Un comité técnico constado de expertos preselecciona los mejores proyectos que luego son propuestos a los votos de los elegidos regionales. Los proyectos deben implicar(comprender) obligatoriamente dos postigos: un postigo de obras de restauración o de postura a las normas de accesibilidad y un postigo de valorización por la abertura del sitio al turismo o por el mejoramiento de las condiciones de acogida del público. Los proyectos arquitecturales deben respetar la integridad patrimonial de los sitios y utilizar materiales y a técnicas de puesta en marcha conforme con los estados de origen. El proyecto de valorización turística debe inscribirse en un modelo económico sostenible, realista y viable. El patrimonio industrial y muy presente en Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, ofrece una paleta ancha histórica y tipológica, pero es conocido y valorizado insuficientemente. Reteniendo este tema en 2018, la Región tiene como objetivo de afirmar la dimensión patrimonial de esta herencia, de hacerlo reconocer como un triunfo turístico, en un contexto de diversificación de la oferta y de emergencia de un interés aumentado del público para este tipo de patrimonio.
