The association La Cité du Faire and the City of Jarville-la-Malgrange initiated the creation of a third production site dedicated to «Faire» professionals, in a disused industrial building of 4,000 m². Its activity is designed around two poles that work in synergy: spaces and production equipment, private and shared, for professionals of crafts of all materials and a creative recycling, the «Benne Idée».
This complementarity promotes cooperation, exchanges and the pooling of resources and skills at the service of project leaders or companies. The Cité du Faire provides a concrete response to the many craftsmen wishing to work in urban areas, an ambitious project that fully fits into the economic development strategy of the Nancy region, which positions the cultural and creative industry among its priority sectors.
