De Liga voor de bescherming van vogels (LPO) Hauts-de-France organiseert een natuuruitje getiteld "vogels, benen in het water" zaterdag 25 april 2026, van 9u tot 11u, aan het Heron meer.
Lake Heron staat bekend om zijn ornithologische rijkdom en herbergt een grote verscheidenheid aan vogelsoorten. Deze biodiversiteit wordt verklaard door de verscheidenheid aan milieus die op het terrein aanwezig zijn: Wetlands, graslanden, landbouwgronden en bossen.
Onder toezicht van specialisten kunt u vogels in hun natuurlijke omgeving observeren terwijl u hun gedrag en levensstijl ontdekt.
