The second opus is out! The second album by Trio Ernest on the Aparté label, “The Wonderful Adventures of Amanda Maier”, is now available!
This new CD is special in many ways: not only does the Trio delve into the world of the little-known Swedish composer Amanda Maier, but the young musicians are also collaborating, for the occasion, with nyckelharpa player Éléonore Billy. A traditional Swedish instrument, the nyckelharpa features in arrangements to be discovered, inviting listeners to immerse themselves in a folk-inspired atmosphere!
Programme:
Amanda Maier, Piano Trio in E-flat major Johannes Brahms, Piano Trio No. 3 in C minor Amanda Maier | Julius Röntgen, Schwedische Weisen und Tänze
