SYNOPSIS
A team of people living with mental health challenges embarks on a wild adventure: creating an adventure film.
ABOUT THE FILM
Let's Be Crazy takes us on an extraordinary human adventure.
We follow all the stages of filmmaking by a team of people who have never made a film before, most of whom live with mental health challenges.
Ranking professionals of the film industry share their expertise with them before the team sets off to shoot in the Hautes-Alpes region, at an altitude of 2,800 meters. A world away from preconceived notions—about mental health as well as about filmmaking—Let's Be Crazy unfolds as a coming-of-age story and a collective odyssey. Between doubts, laughter, and moving moments, the film recounts the drive of a group toward a project that seemed impossible.
Through this journey, Soyons Fous shines a light on remarkable people and voices too often silenced.
