An der Stelle der ehemaligen Salmson-Fabriken errichtete Fernand Pouillon (1912-1986) mehr als 2.200 Wohnungen mit bemerkenswerter Architektur.
Im Quartier du Point-du-Jour befindet sich die Residenz Fernand Pouillon, die von der besonderen Vision ihres Autors zeugt, die "Schönheit für alle" zu bieten suchte und in der Harmonie zwischen den Gebäuden und den Grünflächen herrscht.
Alle Gebäude wurden mit dem vom Staat verliehenen Label "Patrimoine du XXème siècle" ausgezeichnet.

On the site of the former Salmson factories, Fernand Pouillon (1912-1986) built more than 2,200 housing units with remarkable architecture.
Located in the Point-du-Jour district, the Fernand Pouillon residence bears witness to this very special vision of their author who sought to offer "beauty for all" and where harmony reigns between buildings and green spaces.
All the buildings have received the "Heritage of the 20th century" label awarded by the State.

Situata nel quartiere del Point-du-Jour, la residenza Fernand Pouillon testimonia questa visione così particolare del loro autore che cercava di offrire "bellezza per tutti" e dove l'armonia regna tra gli edifici e gli spazi verdi.
Tutti gli edifici hanno ricevuto il marchio "Patrimonio del XX secolo" assegnato dallo stato.

Située dans le quartier du Point-du-Jour, la résidence Fernand Pouillon témoigne de cette vision si particulière de leur auteur qui cherchait à offrir de « la beauté pour tous » et où l’harmonie règne entre les bâtiments et les espaces verts.
L’ensemble des immeubles a reçu le label « Patrimoine du XXème siècle » décerné par l’État.
