Dieser architektonische Spaziergang auf der Insel Ginette Neveu lädt Sie ein, das von Adrien Gaillard entworfene und mit "Réinventer l'existant 2025" ausgezeichnete Projekt in Porte de Clignancourt (Paris 18e) zu entdecken.
Auf einem eingeschlossenen und von starker Hitze geprägten Gelände schafft das Projekt eine städtische Oase, indem es eine Wohnschranke und eine unterirdische Parkgarage saniert, die in ein klimatisches Refugium umgewandelt wurden. Ein Ansatz, der die Anpassung an den Klimawandel, die Wiederverwendung von Gebäuden und die städtische Erneuerung verbindet.
Die Teilnehmer können die Projektseite zusammen mit den Erklärungen des Preisträgers entdecken. Es handelt sich um ein fiktives Projekt zur Transformation des Bestehenden.

This architectural walk on the Ginette Neveu island invites you to discover the winning project of "Reinventing the Existing 2025" imagined by Adrien Gaillard, located at Porte de Clignancourt (Paris 18th).
On a site that is landlocked and marked by hot weather, the project creates an urban oasis by rehabilitating a housing block and an underground parking lot transformed into a climatic refuge. An approach that combines climate adaptation, the reuse of buildings and urban renewal.
Participants will be able to discover the project site accompanied by explanations from the winner. This is a fictional project to transform what already exists.

Questa passeggiata architettonica sull'isolotto Ginette Neveu vi invita a scoprire il progetto vincitore di "Reinventare l'esistente 2025" immaginato da Adrien Gaillard, situato a Porte de Clignancourt (Parigi 18e).
Su un sito isolato e segnato dal forte calore, il progetto crea un'oasi urbana riabilitando una barra degli alloggi e un parcheggio sotterraneo trasformato in rifugio climatico. Un approccio che abbina l'adattamento climatico, il riutilizzo delle costruzioni e il rinnovamento urbano.
I partecipanti potranno scoprire il sito del progetto accompagnati dalle spiegazioni del vincitore. Si tratta di un progetto fittizio di trasformazione dell'esistente.

Cette balade architecturale sur îlot Ginette Neveu vous invite à découvrir le projet lauréat de « Réinventer l’existant 2025 » imaginé par Adrien Gaillard, situé Porte de Clignancourt (Paris 18e).
Sur un site enclavé et marqué par les fortes chaleurs, le projet crée une oasis urbaine en réhabilitant une barre de logements et un parking souterrain transformé en refuge climatique. Une démarche qui mêle adaptation climatique, réemploi du bâti et renouveau urbain.
Les participant(e)s pourront découvrir le site du projet accompagné des explications du lauréat. Il s'agit d'un projet fictif de transformation de l'existant.

Este paseo arquitectónico por la isla Ginette Neveu le invita a descubrir el proyecto ganador de "Reinventar lo existente 2025" imaginado por Adrien Gaillard, ubicado en Porte de Clignancourt (París XVIII).
En un sitio enclavado y marcado por el calor intenso, el proyecto crea un oasis urbano rehabilitando una barra de viviendas y un aparcamiento subterráneo transformado en refugio climático. Un enfoque que combina la adaptación al clima, la reutilización de edificios y la renovación urbana.
Los participantes podrán descubrir el sitio del proyecto acompañado de las explicaciones del ganador. Se trata de un proyecto ficticio de transformación del existente.
