Four gardens, four stories, four stops punctuated by exuberant plants, aromatic herbs, flowers and fruit trees joined by the water of a fountain and ponds, an inherent element and founder of the very essence of the garden. A garden of Mediterranean plants, a link between East and West, welcomes the visitor in its rediscovery of medieval gardens: the Garden of Paradise, a place of delight and contemplation with its flowers and birds; the Garden of the perfumer, quintessence of the enclosed garden where the rose smells; the Garden of the Simple and its medicinal plants; the Arabo-Andalusian Celestial Garden, where the mineral symphony meets the profusion of plants.
